What are your goals? How do you move them from the “To Do” list to the “done” list?
Focusing on too many things at the same time means that you’re busy but not productive!
- Create an inventory of what you need to do, should do, and want to do!
- Ask yourself why you want to do these things. Is it vital? Does it really matter or is this holding you hostage?
- Break your goals into small actionable tasks (or projects)
- Limit your WIP (work in progress) in the “doing” column, focus on 1 task at a time.
- Update and clean your list often.
- When you finished the task, start a new one!
